Wholesale Candy Outlet Shipping & Return Policy

The Wholesale Candy Outlet is exclusively a packaging and wholesale establishment. The Wholesale Candy Outlet does not manufacture candy, we package the candy and we are proud of the quality and freshness of our candies. Any item listed on our web site will be shipped to our customers, either in its original packing material from the candy manufacturer or from The Wholesale Candy Outlet packaging facilities. All items will be wrapped.

We guarantee and stand behind all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

The delivery of any damaged packages should be rejected immediately and returned to the shipping company for a complete refund. Packages which are accepted for delivery must be opened and inspected within 24 hours from the delivery date and if desired returned within 5 calendar days. All the products inside must be unopened and in good condition in order to be refunded. An RA number must be obtained from The Wholesale Candy Outlet via email prior to returning the package. The RA number must be listed on the package and accompanied with a copy of the original receipt and the date the order was placed. The Wholesale Candy Outlet will not charge a processing fee for the returned package but the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

When ordering candy from a warm climate area, be aware that some chocolate candy may soften as a result; The Wholesale Candy Outlet is not responsible for the heat damaged items. Please, we ask our customers to indicate such concerns to us so we can add an additional layer of insulation or by request from our customer, for a fee, to buy an insulated box cooler, and select “Second Day Shipping” for a faster delivery.
